On Saturday evening Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian young man while he was in the vicinity of the Apartheid Wall, near the village of Azzun Atma, southeast of Qalqilia in the northwestern part of the West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry announced the death of the young man, Sabri Samer Ahmad, 23, after occupation forces shot him with live ammunition while he was near the village of Azzun Atma, southeast of Qalqilia.

Media sources said that the young man was transported to the Dr. Darwish Nazal Governmental Hospital in Qalqilia where his condition was deemed critical; doctors later pronounced his death as a result of his wounds.

In related news, Israeli forces executed the young man, Islam Jamil Awda, 29, and shot another, on Saturday, after besieging and bombing a residential building in the city of Tulkarem, in the northwestern part of the West Bank.

Since the beginning of the Israeli military onslaught against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed 762 Palestinians in the West Bank, including 166 children, and injured 6,300.

The distribution of those killed in the West Bank is as follows; 201 in Jenin, 174 in Tulkarem, 81 in Nablus, 75 in Hebron, 59 in Ramallah, 59 in Tubas, 47 in Jerusalem, 30 in Qalqilia, 20 in Bethlehem, 12 in Jericho, 12 inside Israel, and 4 in Salfit.

Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed 42,924 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, most of whom are women and children, and injured 100,833 citizens, while the bodies of thousands of citizens remained buried under the rubble of the devastated coastal enclave.
