Israeli forces killed two more Palestinian young men, on Tuesday, during the continuous aggression against the city of Jenin and its refugee camp, while a sick child died as a result of the army blocking ambulances from reaching the hospital.
The Israeli army abducted at least 100 Palestinian citizens including women and former prisoners and bombed at least five civilian homes on Tuesday night in the Eastern neighborhood and the refugee camp.
The Ministry of Health announced, on Tuesday afternoon that Fouad Imad Abahra, 36, died after the army shot him in the thigh near the Al-Qadi Mosque in the city, and then prevented the ambulance from transporting him to hospital for thirty minutes.
According to Fawaz Hammad, the director of Al-Razi Hospital in Jenin, the young man, Rashad Muhammad Turkman, 18, died on Tuesday evening, after he sustained a critical gunshot injury inflicted on him by the Israeli army.
The death of Abahra and Turkman bring the number of Palestinians killed in the latest aggression against Jenin and its camp, to six.
Meanwhile, a sick Palestinian child, Ahmed Muhammad Samar, 13, died after soldiers blocked his father from being able to bring him to the hospital.
Earlier on Tuesday, the four Palestinians, Rafiq Al-Dabbous, Mahmoud Abu Srour, Bakr Zakarneh, and Thaer Abu Al-Tin, 18, were killed when an armed drone fired a missile at them in the Sibat neighborhood of the city.
Medical sources at the Ibn Sina Hospital announced the arrival of Aziz Muhammad Talib, 48, who suffered head and neck injuries as a result of a brutal assault inflicted on him by Israeli soldiers who then abducted him.
Sources reported that a young man was shot in the leg with live rounds and transported to hospital, while several others sustained various other injuries.
Furthermore, the soldiers shot Palestinian journalist Ranin Sawafda in the face with a tear gas bomb while covering the ongoing invasion.
In the evening occupation soldiers fired flares in the sky over Jenin, while military reinforcements were sent in and a reconnaissance circled the city’s airspace.
Armed Palestinian resistance fighters continued to exchange fire with the invading army and target their armored vehicles with crude explosive devices, in many of the city’s neighborhoods.
In the afternoon, an armed drone bombed the home of Mustafa Jabareen in the Al-Saha area of the camp and fired an Energa missile at a vehicle in the Al-Hawashin neighborhood.
The army detained Palestinian Civil Defense crews and prevented them from reaching the camp to control the fire.
The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) reported that the army abducted more than 100 Palestinians from Jenin and its camp since the early morning on Tuesday, some of whom were released after interrogation.
The PPS added that the number of citizens abducted from the Jenin governorate since October 7 has reached over 400, some of whom were later released.
Earlier Tuesday, soldiers abducted Jalal Al-Sous, Bahaa and Diaa Abu Zaid, Majd Arabawi, Yassin Sahi Hanoun, Alaa Musabah Abu Al-Haija, and Muhannad Abu Al-Haija.
In the evening and into the night, soldiers continued to invade Palestinian citizens’ homes in many areas and abduct men, women, former prisoners, and family members of slain Palestinians.
Late Tuesday night, Israeli forces opened fire in the vicinity of Al-Shifa Hospital in Jenin, while besieging journalists attempting to cover the events.
The military aggression against the city of Jenin and its camp was expanded to include most of the city’s neighborhoods.
On Tuesday night the occupation army bombed two houses in the Jenin camp belonging to the Al-Amouri and Al-Samour families, and they also bombed three houses in the eastern neighborhood with “Energa” missiles, causing serious damage.
Soldiers besieged several homes in the Eastern neighborhood, occupied the rooftops of many homes, turning them into military points, supported by large numbers of military reinforcements.
An arrest campaign was conducted in the Eastern neighborhood and in the Al-Damj and Al-Hawashin neighborhoods in the camp.
