Israeli forces shot a Palestinian child, on Wednesday night, after invading the city of Salfit, and injured two citizens in the Al-Jalazoun refugee camp, north of Ramallah, in the central West Bank.
Media sources said that on Wednesday night, occupation forces stormed the central West Bank city of Salfit, and fired live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at citizens, shooting a child.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that its ambulance crews rushed a 14-year-old child to the hospital after soldiers shot him in the thigh with live ammunition, the severity of his wounds was not known at the time of writing this report.
Meanwhile, north of Ramallah, Israeli forces invaded the Al-Jalazoun refugee camp on Wednesday night, assaulted a young man and injured a young woman.
Media sources said that occupation soldiers fired tear gas at citizens in the camp, causing a young woman to sustain inhalation injuries, and assaulted a young man, causing bruising.
In addition the army closed one of the roads leading to the camp, impeding citizens’ movement and causing a traffic crisis.
In related news, Israeli forces shot a 58-year-old man in the knee with live ammunition, while he was near the Apartheid Wall, north of Tulkarem, in the northwestern part of the West Bank.
Occupation forces also shot a young man with a live round in the thigh, after invading the town of Halhul, north of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank.
