On Saturday, Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man and injured several others in the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation forces invaded the town of Beit Fajjar in the afternoon, and opened fire with live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters, shooting a young man in the thigh with live ammunition.

Earlier Saturday, Israeli soldiers stormed several citizens’ homes in the town, and fired tear gas canisters and concussion grenades at homes, causing several Palestinians to suffer inhalation injuries.


Meanwhile, occupation forces invaded the village of Al-Jab’a, southwest of Bethlehem, on Saturday morning, broke into and ransacked several citizens’ homes; no arrests were reported.

Furthermore, the army stormed the town of Al-Khader, west of Bethlehem, on Friday night, and impeded the movement of Palestinian citizens.

Media sources said that Israeli forces invaded the town, closed the main street area, impeding the movement of citizens, and randomly fired tear gas canisters and concussion grenades at vehicles and homes; no injuries were reported.
