Israeli forces shot at least thirty-seven Palestinians, killing two children during a number of protests and confrontations in the Jenin, Qalqilia, Nablus, Ramallah, Bethlehem and Hebron governorates, throughout the occupied West Bank.

    JENIN

  • Large crowds of Palestinians gathered, in the northern West Bank city of Jenin, the Jenin refugee camp, and the town of Ya’bad, west of the city, in solidarity with the people of Gaza and to condemn the attack carried out in the Nour Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarem, in the northwestern part of the West Bank.
  • On Friday evening, Israeli forces shot and seriously injured a 25-year-old Palestinian at the entrance to the village of Tura al Gharbiya, west of the city. Occupation forces opened fire with live ammunition and tear gas canisters at local youths who protested the military presence, shooting one with a live round in the thigh. He was transported to Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin in serious condition.
  • On Friday evening, Palestinian young men confronted Israeli soldiers in Anza village, southwest of Jenin. No injuries were reported.
    1. QALQILIA

  • During the weekly anti-settlement procession in the village of Kufur Qaddoum, east of Qalqilia in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank, occupation forces opened fire towards non-violent demonstrators with concussion grenades and tear gas canisters. No injuries were reported.
  • Later, soldiers fired tear gas canisters and concussion grenades at Palestinians who protested the military presence at a military roadblock at the entrance to the city of Qalqilia. No Injuries were reported.
    1. NABLUS

  • At least sixteen Palestinian young men and children were shot and injured, when Israeli forces opened fire with live rounds at youths who protested the army presence at the military roadblock in the town of Huwwara, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus. Later it was announced that a Palestinian child, identified as Uday Fawaz Mansour, 17, died after the army shot him in the abdomen with. alive round, during confrontations at the Huwwara military roadblock.

  • Southeast of the city, Israeli soldiers shot two Palestinians, including a child, with live rounds, and caused at least fifteen to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation, during confrontations with the army in the town of Beit Furik.
    1. RAMALLAH & AL-BIEREH

  • Occupation forces invaded the cities of Ramallah and Al-Biereh, in the central occupied West Bank, sparking protests among local youths. The army fired concussion grenades and live rounds without causing any casualties.
  • In the town of Beitunia, west of Ramallah, Israeli soldiers fired live rounds at youths who protested the military presence. Soldiers shot a Palestinian child in the chest with live ammunition, seriously injuring him. The child was transported to the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, underwent surgery. Later the Ministry of Health reported that the child, identified as Suhaib Iyad Al-Sous, 15, had succumbed to the critical gunshot wound.

  • Palestinians protested the Israeli aggression against Gaza, at the northern entrance to the city of Al-Biereh, while soldiers opened fire with live ammunition and rubber-coated steel rounds, injuring eight young men with live rounds. All of the injured young men were transported to the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah.

    1. BETHLEHEM

  • In the southern part of the occupied West Bank, Palestinians gathered in Bethlehem to express their solidarity with the people of Gaza, and to denounce the atrocities committed by the occupation. Israeli soldier opened fire with live rounds and tear gas canisters toward protestors at the northern entrance to the city. At least three young men were shot with live rounds, one of whom was shot in the side, while dozens sustained inhalation injuries from tear gas exposure.
  • Israeli soldiers invaded the city of Bethlehem, which triggered protests among local youths. The army fired live rounds, shooting three Palestinian young men, one in the hand, and two in their feet, near the Al-Azza refugee camp in the city.
  • Southwest of the city, occupation forces opened fire with live rounds, tear gas canisters, and concussion grenades at Palestinians who protested the military presence in the town of Al-Khader. As a result, one young man was shot with a live round in the thigh. The army detained the injured young man for 20 minutes before medical crews were able to provide first aid and transport him to hospital.
    1. HEBRON

  • In the southern occupied West Bank, Palestinians gathered in a number of areas to condemn the aggression against the people of the Gaza Strip. Large numbers of citizens participated in marches in the city of Hebron, the town of Yatta and the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, to the south, in addition to the Al-Aroub refugee camp to the north. Dozens of Palestinians sustained inhalation injuries due to tear gas exposure at the entrance to the Al-Aroub camp, when Israeli forces suppressed the non-violent march.
  • On Friday evening, occupation forces opened fire with live rounds at Palestinian farmers who were harvesting olives in the town of Idhna, west of the city. Soldiers shot and injured two Palestinian young men, striking one in the abdomen and one in the shoulder, causing moderate wounds.
