On Thursday, Israeli forces shot two citizens, including an elderly man, and abducted three young men in several towns and villages in the northern West Bank governorate of Jenin.
Israeli forces shot, on Thursday, two Palestinian citizens, including an elderly man, and besieged a home, in the village of Kafr Qud, west of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank.
According to Ahmad Jibril, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) spokesman, their ambulance crews transported two citizens who sustained live gunshot wounds to the hospital for treatment.
Jibril added that Israeli forces shot a 65-year-old man in the thigh with live ammunition in addition to a young man, and said that the army besieged a citizen’s home in the village.
Meanwhile, in the nearby village of Al-Hashemiya, west of the city, Israeli forces surrounded a home and abducted two Palestinian citizens of the Jenin refugee camp.
Media sources said that occupation soldiers invaded the village in the morning, deployed sharpshooters in the vicinity, besieged a home, and ordered those inside to come out, while firing live rounds.
Sources added that Abdullah Al-Fayed and Ali Suweitat, both residents of the Jenin refugee camp, were abducted after they surrendered themselves from inside the besieged home.
Furthermore, Israeli forces invaded the town of Kafr Dan, northwest of Jenin, besieged a citizen’s home and abducted a young man.
Media sources said that on Thursday at dawn, occupation soldiers stormed the town, surrounded a Palestinian citizen’s home, and detained its residents.
Sources added that the soldiers abducted the young man, Abdul Rahman Abed, after besieging his home, detaining his family and opening fire at them.
Moreover, a large army force invaded the town of Burqin, west of Jenin, and began causing destruction to the town’s streets.
Media sources said that on Thursday morning, Israeli military vehicles, including heavy machinery, stormed Burqin town and began destroying streets and a roundabout.
After invading the town of Al-Yamoun, northwest of Jenin, Israeli forces besieged a home and demanded a young man surrender to the army.
Media sources said that on Thursday morning, occupation soldiers surrounded a home, opened fire at it, while ordering, through loudspeakers, for a young man to turn himself in to the army.
