On Tuesday, Israeli forces shot two Palestinian young men, one in the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin in the northern West Bank, and another in the town of Biddu, northwest of occupied Jerusalem. In the southern West Bank, occupation forces caused several citizens to suffer inhalation injuries in addition to confiscating a number of vehicles, in the Hebron governorate.

Media sources reported that Israeli forces shot a young man in the leg with live ammunition, on Tuesday evening, while he was present on the street in Qabatiya town; he was transported to hospital by ambulance.

The sources added that occupation forces closed the main street of the town, deployed infantry units near the Girl’s School, and positioned several sharpshooters in various areas, noting that the military incursion has been ongoing since Monday at dawn.

It is important to mention that on Monday, the army killed two children and seriously injured two young men in the Jenin refugee camp, in addition to shooting a young man in the abdomen with live rounds, sources reported that he is in critical condition.

Media sources said that occupation forces stormed the town of Biddu, which sparked protests among local Palestinians, prompting soldiers to open fire with live ammunition, shooting one young man; he was transported to a nearby medical center for treatment.

It is important to mention that the army has escalated its repressive measures against the people in the Jerusalem and Ramallah governorates since Monday after six Israeli settlers were killed in Jerusalem.

On Monday, two Palestinian young men identified as Muthanna Naji Omar, 20, and Muhammad Bassam Taha, 21, were killed after allegedly carrying out a shooting operation at a bus station at the Ramot Junction, north of occupied Jerusalem.

Furthermore, Israeli forces invaded several areas in the southern West Bank governorate of Hebron, detaining and injuring citizens, and seizing privately-owned vehicles.

Media sources said that occupation soldiers injured citizens in the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, southwest of Hebron, in addition to invading the nearby village of Ar-Rihiya, on Tuesday evening.

The sources added that after invading the Al-Fawwar camp, soldiers fired tear gas canisters at Palestinian citizens, causing some of them to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.

Occupation forces also stormed the town of Bani Na’im, east of Hebron, detained citizens, impeded their movement, and confiscated vehicles belonging to private citizens.
