People with special needs have already been suffering in Gaza but are now facing even much harsher conditions, lacking basic medical supplies and equipment, and are now trapped in the destroyed infrastructure and buildings in the entire Gaza Strip.
Israeli missiles and shells have killed 17.177 Palestinians, including 7739 children, and injured at least 45.000 Palestinians, mostly women and children, in the Gaza Strip since October 7. At least 7700 Palestinians remain missing.
The Israeli army continued the firing of missiles and shells at various parts of the Gaza Strip, striking homes, residential buildings, and various facilities and infrastructure, killing and wounding hundreds of Palestinians at dawn Friday.
Update: The Health Ministry said Israeli missiles and shells, including shells fired by the Israeli Navy, targeted many areas in the Rafah coast, south of Gaza, in addition to the Abu Sheikha 7-story apartment building in Gaza city, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians.

Israeli missiles killed and injured dozens of Palestinians in the Sheja’eyya neighborhood east of Gaza City.
In Thalathini Street, east of Gaza City, Israeli missiles struck two homes for the Al-Hana and the At-Turk families, killing and wounding at least 40 Palestinians, mainly women and children.
The army also fired missiles at several areas in the Gaza Strip, especially at the eastern areas of Khan Younis and near the shore of Rafah in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
Furthermore, the army fired many missiles and shells at many homes and buildings in Deir Al-Balah and other area in the Central District, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians.
Also in Deir Al-Balah, the army fired missiles at Yaffa Hospital that housed dozens of elderly Palestinians who were moved to it after the army bombarded the Al-Wafa Elderly Nursing Home.
Many Palestinians were killed and injured by Israeli missiles targeting a home for the Kaware’ family in Deir Al-Balah, and a home for the Al-Hoor family in Nusseirat refugee camp, and near the Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir Al-Balah.
Dozens of Palestinians were also killed by Israeli missiles targeting homes and buildings in Jabalia, in northern Gaza.
In the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles killed at least ten Palestinians and injured dozens after striking a residential bloc; many remain buried under the rubble.
Al-Jazeera said among the slain Palestinians in the Gaza Strip is an elderly Palestinian woman, Hadia Nassar, who recently became famous when she said on October 22 with the saying, “I am older than Israel,” when she was talking to Palestinian photojournalist and activist Sale Al-Ja’farawi. She was born in 1944.
One of her neighbors said Israeli soldiers shot and killed her home’s main door.
On its part, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor said Israeli soldiers killed many Palestinians raising white flags.
Euro-Mediterranean added that more than 130.000 Palestinians with various types of disabilities were living in Gaza before October 7, mostly due to repeated Israeli bombings and offensives, and have already been facing disastrous conditions due to the siege since the year 2006 and the lack of rehabilitation programs, specialty wheelchairs, and other medical equipment, including Prostheses and hearing aid.
The Euro-Mediterranean added that preliminary research revealed that among the thousands of wounded Palestinians are at least 5000 who suffered injuries that led to permanent disabilities, which places more risks of death amidst the current collapsed healthcare system in Gaza due to ongoing bombing since October 7.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health on Thursday confirmed the deaths of over 350 Palestinians in the past 24 hours, and over 1900 injured.
