Update: The Palestinian health Ministry has confirmed, Sunday, that Israeli soldiers killed three Palestinians, in Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarem in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank, bringing the number of slain Palestinians since dawn to five.
The Health Ministry stated that the soldiers killed Jihad Hatem Amarna, 23, in Nur Shams refugee camp.
It added that the soldiers also killed two Palestinians, Walid Abdul-Razeq As’ad Zahra, 22, and As’ad Fathi As’ad Zahra, 33.
The Israeli military bulldozers and vehicles caused extensive damage to buildings, homes and cars, and bulldozed many streets, in Tulkarem refugee camp, after declaring the entire area a “closed military zone”, preventing journalists and even medics and ambulances from entering it.

The Israeli military jeeps and armored vehicles withdrew from Tulkarem after at least ten hours of constant invasion and attacks, media sources in Tulkarem said.
Dec 17, 2023, at 09:07: Early Sunday dawn, Israeli military drones fired missiles at the Nur Shams refugee camp in Tulkarem, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank, killing two Palestinians and injuring several others.
Medical sources said a missile fired from an Israeli army drone killed Mahmoud Samer Jaber, 22, and Gheith Yasser Shehada, 25.
The sources added that several Palestinians were injured in the attack, including some who suffered life-threatening wounds.
The attack took place in the al-Manshiyya neighborhood in the refugee camp; the army immediately invaded the area and prevented Palestinian medics from reaching the wounded young men.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said the soldiers stopped one of its ambulances and abducted a medic while trying to reach wounded Palestinians, including one who was shot in the head, despite coordination with the army through the International Committee of the Red Cross in Palestine.
In addition, the Israeli military drones fired missiles at a number of homes and buildings in the refugee camp, including the home of Eyad Al-Mo’in, whom the army claims is wanted.
During the invasion, the soldiers stormed and ransacked many homes and abducted several Palestinians, including the medic who was forced out of an ambulance in the refugee camp and near it.
The abducted Palestinians are Omar Amjad Hussein, from his home in Ektaba Suburb, east of Tulkarem, (medic) Hani Binan Suwwan, 27, and Hazem Fathi Qar’awi from Tulkarem refugee camp.
The soldiers also invaded and ransacked dozens of homes in Tulkarem City and occupied rooftops of buildings overlooking the refugee camp, to use as firing posts and monitoring towers.
Dozens of soldiers invaded various neighborhoods in the Tulkarem city and Tulkarem refugee camp, especially in the Shweika Suburb, Thannaba Suburb, Ezbet Yassin, An-Nasr Mountain, Al-Maslakh Street, Al-Manshiyya, Al-Mahjar, and Al-Qalansawa, before bulldozing streets and destroying private and public properties, including cars and walls.
It is worth mentioning that the army started the invasion of Tulkarem city from its western area on Saturday evening before storming through various neighborhoods and main streets, heading to the Tulkarem refugee camp.
The army pushed dozens of armored vehicles, including bulldozers, into the area, leading to massive protests, and fired dozens of live rounds while the bulldozers destroyed streets, cars, and infrastructure.
All national and Islamic factions in Tulkarem called for a comprehensive strike to mourn the slain Palestinians, while the Department of Education decided to close all schools in the Tulkarem governorate due to the ongoing invasions and the risks to the lives of the schoolchildren.
In the predawn hours of Sunday, a Palestinian young man, Laith Abu Al-Nimir, succumbed to wounds he sustained late Wednesday night when an Israeli drone bombed a group of citizens in the northern West Bank city of Jenin.
Saturday evening, the Palestinian young man, Salim Nasser Hajar, 25, succumbed to wounds he sustained in the afternoon near the town of Deir Al-Ghusoun, north of Tulkarem in the northwestern part of the West Bank.
Also on Saturday evening, a young man, Aziz Abdul-Rahim Aziz Khalil, 20, died after Israeli forces shot him in the abdomen with live ammunition in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank.
In the central West Bank, Israeli forces shot and killed the Palestinian child, Atallah Ziad Badha, 16, in the Deir Ammar refugee camp, west of Ramallah, on Saturday evening.
Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers have now killed 293 Palestinians in several parts of the occupied West Bank since October 7, 2023.
By the end of the day, Saturday, the number of Palestinians who were killed by Israeli missiles and shells in the Gaza Strip exceeded 18800, and at least 51000 were injured; most of the casualties are children, the elderly, and women, in the Gaza Strip since October 7.
At least 8000 Palestinians, largely women and children, remain buried and missing in debris of the constant Israeli shelling and bombings across the Gaza Strip.
