On Tuesday, the Israeli army continues its aggression on the city of Jenin and Jenin refugee camp for the 36th consecutive day, resulting in 27 deaths, dozens of injuries, and numerous arrests, amidst widespread destruction of property and infrastructure.

This morning, the Israeli army withdrew from the town of Qabatia after a 48-hour invasion that left two people injured, one critically, and led to the arrest of several citizens.

The raid attacks led to extensive damage to homes, buildings, stores, water and electricity networks, and infrastructure.

The Israeli occupation army also destroyed a bus belonging to the Orphan Care Association, closed the vegetable market, and turned several houses into military barracks.

On Monday, the Israeli occupation forces abducted three citizens from their homes in the Jenin camp and set fire to houses near the camp club.

The number of displaced people from the camp has reached 20,000, with approximately 430 homes completely or partially destroyed.

This morning, the Israeli occupation army abducted a former political prisoner, Bilal Al-Sharqawi, from the town of Zababda after raiding his home.

The widespread destruction caused by the Israeli army’s bulldozers within the refugee camp’s neighborhoods is becoming evident.

Homes and properties have been destroyed, significantly altering the refugee camp’s landmarks and geography. Roads and streets have been opened in some alleys, and roads in other alleys have been expanded.

The Israeli occupation forces continue, on the 36th day, to seize several homes and turn them into military barracks, especially in buildings close to and overlooking the Jenin camp.

Residents of these homes and nearby buildings face difficulties in entering, exiting, and moving due to the constant presence of snipers, which puts their lives at risk.

Sources in Jenin Municipality and the Jenin Refugee Camp Service Center, the Israeli army has demolished approximately 120 homes completely, in addition to partially destroying dozens of homes and properties within the camp.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) approximately 200 cases of abduction and detention of citizens have occurred in the city of Jenin since the beginning of the aggression 36 days ago.

It is worth mentioning that the Israeli occupation army deployed tanks in Jenin for the first time since 2002, marking a serious Israeli military escalation while the soldiers intensify the destruction and expand the military offensive.

Israeli soldiers and illegal paramilitary colonizers have now killed 864 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank since October 7, 2023, among them 239 in Jenin, including 88 who were killed this year.

In the Gaza Strip, Israel has killed at least 48,340 citizens, including more than 14,741 children, 9,160 women, and 223 journalists, and injured more than 111,753, in addition to numerous missing Palestinians, largely under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings in various parts of the coastal enclave.
