On Monday, Israeli soldiers abducted a Palestinian man at the Erez Border Terminal in northern Gaza and bulldozed agricultural lands in the southern part of the coastal region.
Former political prisoner and the head of the Studies and Documentation Department at the Palestinian Detainees’ Committee, former political prisoner, Abdul-Nasser Ferwana, said the soldiers abducted Na’im Abdul-Salam Sharif, 62, at the Erez (Beit Hanoun) Terminal in northern Gaza.
Ferwana added that the man that Na’im was accompanying his son’s wife to a hospital after she received the needed referral and approval to cross.
There have been numerous incidents when the army abducted patients or their family members at the terminal, in addition to the many times the army abducted merchants.
In related news, several army vehicles, including four bulldozers, invaded Palestinian farmlands east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, and bulldozed them.
The army also fired smoke bombs and several gas bombs to remove the Palestinians and prevent them from reaching their lands.
