On Friday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted at least four Palestinians from their homes in Jenin and Nablus, in the occupied West Bank.

In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted a former political prisoner, Fadi Zakarna, after storming and ransacking his home in Qabatia town, south of the city, and Ala’ Athamna from his home in Faqqu’a village, northeast of Jenin.

Many Palestinians protested the invasion of Qabatia town before the soldiers shot a young man with a live round.

The soldiers also invaded the Bir Al-Basha, Um At-Tut, and Beit Qad villages, significantly increasing their deployment around many villages and towns in the Jenin governorate.

In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted two young men, Ibrahim Abu Alfa and Adel Abu Al-Leil, from their homes in the Balata refugee camp.

The Abu Alfa family said the soldiers wired and detonated their home’s main door before breaking into the property.

The soldiers also surrounded a mosque in Balata and prevented the worshippers from leaving it until the army withdrew. During the invasion, the soldiers also exchanged fire with Palestinian resistance fighters.
