In a sweeping campaign of military invasions Israeli occupation forces abducted many Palestinians from their homes across multiple governorates in the occupied West Bank, early Thursday.

In occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers invaded Beit Anan town, northwest of the city, and abducted two siblings, Eyad and Wisam Elias Rabea’, after storming and ransacking their home.

Also, the soldiers imposed a military curfew on the towns of Biddu and Qatanna, northwest of occupied Jerusalem.

Large numbers of armored vehicles and infantry units stormed both towns, blocking movement, shutting down shops, and raiding homes. Residents reported widespread destruction of property and deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure.

During the invasion, several young men were abducted after being detained, interrogated in the streets, and physically assaulted.

Troops also vandalized homes and confiscated personal belongings. The curfew has effectively sealed off both towns, preventing residents from accessing basic services or moving freely.

This escalation follows four consecutive days of military escalation across northern Jerusalem’s towns and villages, including Biddu, Qatanna, and Qubeiba.

The attacks have involved mass home invasions , field interrogations, abductions, and violent assaults on civilians. Students have been barred from reaching their schools, deepening the disruption to daily life under siege.

In Ramallah and al-Bireh, in central West Bank, Israeli troops invaded several towns and villages, abducting three Palestinians: Luay Abdulhadi Abu Alia (25) from al-Mughayyir, Ahad Radwan Abu Adi from Kafr Ni’ma, and Abdulqader Mukhlis Kouk (20) from Turmus Ayya. The abductions followed violent home invasions and searches.

Meanwhile, Israeli colonizers attacked the town of Atara, north of Ramallah, attempting to set fire to a Palestinian vehicle and defacing the home of Rami Sarahna with racist slogans. The attack is part of a broader campaign to terrorize residents and seize strategic land.

In Kobar, northwest of Ramallah, occupation forces abducted brothers Ahmad Adeeb Barghouti and Yahya Barghouti after confiscating their vehicle.

In Jenin governorate, in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted four Palestinians from Silat ath-Thaher, including the town’s mayor, Abdul-Fattah Abu Ali, along with Walid Kilani, his son Mohammad, and Akram al-Hantouli.

Troops also invaded the towns of Jaba’ and Kafr Dan, abducting Zaid Kanaan, Yamen Mar’i, and Mohammad Azzam Mar’i after raiding their homes and deploying military units throughout the streets.

In Bethlehem, large military units stormed Aida refugee camp and abducted Srour Ahmad Abu Srour (21) and Osaid Abu Shaiera(28).

Additional abductions were reported in the eastern Obeyyat area and Deheishe refugee camp, where Nidal Ahmad Salem Obeyyat (52) and Bashar Ishaq Mohammad Abu Nima (24) were taken following home invasions.

In Salfit, in central West Bank, the soldiers abducted senior members of the Fateh movement in a wide-ranging operation targeting multiple towns.

Among those abducted were Ahmad Abdul-Karim ed-Deek, deputy secretary of Fateh in Salfit, and Jamal Hammad, a member of the Revolutionary Council. Also taken were Bahjat Aasi from Qarawat Bani Hassan, along with three other residents: Nasrallah Mohammad Harb Rayan, Adli Mohammad Rayan, and Malek Mousa Rayan.

In the village of Mas-ha, troops ransacked the home of Fatah official Makram Amer. The secretary of Fateh’s Salfit branch, Abdul-Sattar Awad, remains in Israeli custody for the eighth consecutive day.

In Hebron, in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted Ahmad Abdul-Halim Daoud Abu Sneina and Wissam Yousef Shawar Tamimi after invading and searching their homes.

Additional invasions were reported in Ethna, Beit Awwa, and Deir Samet, where homes were searched and vandalized, though no abductions were confirmed.

This surge in military operations and escalation violations by the paramilitary Israeli colonizers reflect a coordinated strategy of repression, land seizure, and forced displacement across the occupied West Bank.

The scale and intensity of these invasions continue to threaten Palestinian lives, livelihoods, and political leadership.
