Israeli occupation forces carried out multiple invasions across the occupied West Bank on Saturday, breaking into homes, abducting residents, and enabling illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers to attack Palestinian communities and farmland in several districts.

Abductions and Home Invasions in Hebron and Bethlehem

In Beit Ummar, north of Hebron in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the al‑Bayada neighborhood and broke into the home of a local family before abducting 16‑year‑old Laith Akram Ekhlayyel, according to local media activist Mohammad Awad.

In the Bethlehem district in the southern West Bank, Israeli police pursued a Palestinian man from the village of al‑Rashayda to the village of al‑Maniya, east of Bethlehem, where they abducted him and seized his vehicle.

Israeli police also abducted another young man in the al‑Maniya area after assaulting him and confiscating his vehicle. Separately, Israeli forces abducted two additional Palestinians after breaking into their homes and ransacking their belongings.

Colonizer Attacks Across the West Bank

In the northern Jordan Valley, colonizers stole livestock belonging to Palestinian farmers in the Ibziq area.

In the village of al‑Mughayyer, east of Ramallah in the central West Bank, colonizers grazed their sheep near Palestinian homes in the Khalayel area, damaging property, and agricultural fields.

Local residents reported that colonizers had also attacked the southern part of the village two days earlier, assaulting shepherds and attempting to drive them off their land.

In Fasayel al‑Wista, north of Jericho in the eastern West Bank, colonizers brought their sheep into the community and broke into the home of the ‘Obeyyat family.

Hassan Mleihat, director of the al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, said the attack was part of a growing pattern of colonizer violence targeting Palestinian families and their property.

In addition, Israeli colonizers invaded al‑Maniya and the Khallet an‑Nahla area of Wadi Rahhal village, southeast of Bethlehem, assaulting residents, expelling them from their agricultural land, and allowing their livestock to graze on Palestinian crops, causing extensive damage.

In Hebron, a group of colonizers invaded Khirbet al-Markez community in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, and released their livestock to graze between the dwellings and on the lands of the locals.

Invasions in Nablus, Qalqilia, and Tubas

Israeli military vehicles invaded the eastern area of Nablus in the northern West Bank and the nearby town of Beit Imrin, triggering confrontations. Soldiers detained several young men for field interrogation before abducting four of them and transferring them to an undisclosed location.

Earlier at dawn, Israeli forces invaded Nablus again, breaking into a residential building and searching an apartment. No abductions were reported in that incident.

In Azzun, east of Qalqilia in the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces conducted a large‑scale invasion, breaking into homes and abducting several residents. Among those taken was Murad Eshtewi, director of the Wall & Colonization Resistance Commission, after soldiers broke into his home and damaged its contents.

In the al‑Far’a refugee camp south of Tubas in the northeastern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the camp with several military vehicles, deployed infantry units inside residential areas, and broke into multiple homes.

Military Roadblocks and Movement Restrictions

In Ramallah in the central West Bank, Israeli forces closed the Atara military roadblock north of the city early Saturday, severely disrupting movement for residents traveling between northern and central West Bank districts.

Local sources noted that Israeli forces routinely close military roadblocks at village and town entrances, particularly during morning hours, causing widespread delays and restricting civilian movement.

The soldiers also installed a military roadblock at the main entrance to Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah in the central West Bank, where they stopped and searched dozens of vehicles and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

According to the Wall & Colonization Resistance Commission, there are 916 Israeli military roadblocks and gates across the occupied West Bank, including 243 gates installed after October 7, 2023, reflecting a sharp escalation in movement restrictions.
