On Saturday, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian in the town of ar-Ram, north of the occupied capital, Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

Media sources reported that the Palestinian, who was working on farmland near the illegal Annexation Wall, was shot in the leg and sustained a moderate but stable injury.

The wounded day laborer, identified as being from Biddya town, west of Salfit in the central West Bank, was treated by Palestinian medics and transferred to a nearby hospital.

In related developments, the Israeli army invaded the villages and towns of Immatin, Al-Funduq, and Jinsafut in the Qalqilia governorate, in the northern West Bank.

Soldiers installed roadblocks at their main entrances, as well as at the entrance of Hable town, south of Qalqilia. They stopped and searched dozens of vehicles and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

In Nablus, also in the northern West Bank, the army invaded the city, particularly the Southern Mountain area.

The soldiers closed streets, and fired barrages of gas bombs, causing numerous Palestinians to suffer from tear gas inhalation.

Furthermore, the soldiers invaded Kafr Malek and Kafr Ni’ma village, in the central West Bank governorate of Ramallah, closed streets and searched a home in Kafr Malek.
