On Friday evening, Israeli soldiers killed a Palestinian child in the Dheisheh refugee camp, south of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, bringing the number of Palestinians slain in one day to three.
The Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed that 15‑year‑old Adham Sayyed Saleh Dahman succumbed to serious gunshot wounds.
It said the child was rushed to the hospital with profoundly critical injuries to the abdomen and died despite all attempts to save his life. The soldiers also shot another Palestinian, who is now in stable condition.
The ministry added that Dahman’s killing raises the number of Palestinians slain by Israeli forces in the West Bank on Friday to three, after soldiers killed two young men earlier during two consecutive invasions of the Qalandia refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem.
