On Wednesday evening, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian child in Beit Dajan village, east of Nablus in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.
Media sources said several military jeeps invaded the northeastern area of Beit Dajan, leading to protests, and fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs.
They added that the soldiers shot a child, 16, with a live round in the leg and stopped the ambulance that was transporting him to a hospital in Nablus.
The soldiers detained the medics and kept the ambulance stopped at the Beit Furik military roadblock, east of Nablus, for a while before allowing them to take the wounded child to a hospital.
In related news, the soldiers closed the main street in Burqa village, northwest of Nablus, before military bulldozers destroyed infrastructure and placed sand hills to block the streets leading to Burqa village and Sebastia town.
