On Sunday dawn, several Israeli military vehicles invaded Saris village, south of Jenin in the occupied West Bank’s northern part, before the soldiers shot a young Palestinian man.
Media sources said the soldiers invaded the village before storming and snacking several homes while interrogating the families.
Many Palestinians protested the invasion before the soldiers fired many live rounds, shooting a young man in the leg, in addition to firing rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs.
The soldiers also invaded the Al-Yamoun town, northwest of Jenin, before storming the homes of Shehda Khamaisa and his son, Islam, causing serious damage, before occupying their rooftops to use as firing posts.
During the invasion, the soldiers detained a young man, Hasan Mohammad Nawasra, and released him a few hours later.
The Israeli army also invaded the villages and towns of Al-Jarba, Marka, Sanour, Methaloon, Ya’bad, and Arraba, near Jenin, and conducted extensive searches of homes and lands.
