On Sunday night, Israeli soldiers shot a young man in Jeet village, east of Qalqilia, in the occupied West Bank’s northwestern part.
Media sources said the soldiers installed a military roadblock at the main junction of the village before stopping the Palestinians and their cars and refusing to allow them through.
They added that a young man was walking near the military roadblock when the soldiers shot him and left him bleeding.
A Palestinian ambulance rushed to the scene and moved the young man to a hospital in Qalqilia, where his wounds have been described as moderate.
In related news, the soldiers invaded Bruqin and Az-Zawiya towns, west of Salfit in the central West Bank, and Marda town, north of the city, installed roadblocks, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
The soldiers also fired many gas bombs and concussion grenades at the Palestinians to force them to leave the invaded areas.
Also Sunday evening, Israeli soldiers shot and abducted a young Palestinian man near the illegal Maale Adumim colony east of the occupied Palestinian capital, Jerusalem, in the West Bank.
On Sunday, The Israeli army shot two Palestinians, including a child in the Ein Al-Sultan refugee camp near Jericho in the northeastern part of the West Bank, and assaulted workers in Hebron.
On Sunday dawn, Israeli soldiers injured three Palestinians with live fire and abducted at least four, including a father and his son, in Nablus, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.
