Before dawn Thursday, Israeli forces invaded the city of Tubas in the northwestern part of the West Bank, shot two Palestinian young men, and abducted one, sparking protests.


The army positioned sharpshooters on rooftops of many buildings and deployed its soldiers through several neighborhoods.

It was added that armed Palestinian resistance fighters exchanged fire with the invading army.


Soldiers opened fire with live rounds at those who resisted the incursion and shot two young men, one in the foot and the other in the lower back; they were transported to hospital for medical intervention.

After storming and ransacking many homes, including that of Ayman Sami Daraghmeh, before abducting him.

In related news, Israeli soldiers abducted, on Wednesday, two Palestinian young citizens of Wadi Al-Far’a in the Tubas governorate while they were at their workplaces inside Israel.

They abducted men were identified as Abdul Rahman Ahmed Ali Janajra, 19, and Qais Hammad Ali Janajra, 20.
