Jenin’s Mayor, Mohammad Jarrar, reported that a significant number of homes have been demolished in both the refugee camp and nearby neighborhoods.
The destruction has led to a complete power outage in the camp and severe water shortages affecting about 35% of the city and the refugee camp due to damage to the main well, Bir al-Saada.
Jarrar highlighted that the army has deliberately targeted citizens’ properties and commercial shops, leading to food shortages in various neighborhoods.
He also noted that the army maintains a complete siege on the Jenin refugee camp and certain parts of the city, especially around it.
In related incidents, the soldiers severely beat Yaish Rabay’a during an invasion of Meithalun town, east of Jenin, and abducted his son, Mohammad, during a raid on their home.

The army continues to obstruct the arrival of ambulances to Jenin Governmental Hospital. The Israeli Soldiers prevented a sick woman from reaching the hospital, interrogated her, and stopped Red Crescent crews from assisting her on the hospital street, causing her to lose consciousness.
Military reinforcements continue to be sent from Al-Jalama military roadblock to the city and the areas around the Jenin refugee camp. During these attacks, new homes in the Al-Bishr neighborhood of the camp were detonated.
Mohammad Al-Ahmad, the Director of Palestinian Post, stated that despite the ongoing closures in Jenin, postal services continue to provide essential services related to passports, IDs, travel permits, and other postal needs at offices in Arraba, Qabatiya, Barta’a, and across the governorate.
