On Monday, Israeli forces burned a citizen’s home and a barn, destroyed a shops, and abducted four young men in several areas of the Jenin governorate in the northern occupied West Bank.
On Monday, occupation forces continued their military assault against the city of Jenin and the Jenin refugee camp for 21 consecutive days, resulting in widespread ruin and displacement.
Mansour Al-Saadi, Assistant Governor of Jenin said in a press statement, on Sunday, that the occupation has completely destroyed the Jenin refugee camp, and displaced almost 20,000 of its residents.
On Sunday, citizens and journalists reported unprecedented destruction in the Al-Samran and Al-Hawashin neighborhoods, and the camp square.
Media sources added that Israeli forces opened fire at a group of journalists who managed to enter the camp on Sunday. Soldiers detained the group, interrogated them, confiscated their phones, and ordered them not to return.
Eyewitnesses stated that occupation forces destroyed everything belonging to the citizens, including their homes and shops, and razed the streets into squares of rubble.
Meanwhile, on Monday at dawn, Israeli forces burned a citizen’s home and abducted four young men in the town of Silat al-Harithiya town, northwest of Jenin.
Media sources said that the army stormed Silat al-Harithiya town, besieged a home, and ordered those inside to surrender, while armed Palestinian resistance fighters exchanged fire with the invading army.
Occupation forces set fire to the home before abducting Alaa Al-Bitaoui, Karam Al-Saadi, Yousef Al-Sulami, and Walid Abu Al-Rashid.
Sources added that soldiers invaded, searched, and vandalized a commercial shop and the home of the citizen, Salah Abu Al-Rashid.
Ma’an News quoted the Jenin Battalion of the Al-Quds Brigades who said that their fighters confronted the occupation army in Silat al-Harithiya with gunfire and crude explosive devices targeting military vehicles.
Quds News Network reported that occupation forces detonated a citizen’s house in the town of Silat al-Harithiya, northwest of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank.
QNN added that Israeli forces set fire to a Palestinian-owned home in the town of Silat al-Harithiya, after forcing its residents to leave.
Meanwhile, the army burned an agricultural barn after storming the village of Al-Judeida, south of Jenin, on Monday evening, while resistance fighters confronted them.
Media sources said that Israeli forces invaded Al-Judeida village, burned a barn and opened fire at citizens with live rounds, in the area between the village and the city of Tubas.
