Israeli occupation forces carried out coordinated invasions and mass abductions across the occupied West Bank on Thursday, targeting towns and villages in Hebron, Jerusalem, Ramallah, and Tulkarem, in the occupied West Bank.
In the southern West Bank, Israeli troops invaded the city of Hebron and the towns of Dura and Beit Ummar, abducting three Palestinians.
Media sources confirmed the abduction of Bara’a Saqer Sabarna from Beit Ummar, Abdul-Rahman Wajih Ghaleb Jaber from southern Hebron, and Mohammad Raed Yousef Ismael Shahatit from the village of Khirsa.
In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces abducted three Palestinians during invasions of several neighborhoods. Abdullah Al-Hittawi was taken from his home in the town of ar-Ram, north of the city, while Mohammad Munther Ayyash and Rami Raed Ayash were abducted from the town of Biddu, northwest of Jerusalem.
Separately, Israeli forces invaded the town of Qatanna , northwest of the city, accompanied by bulldozers. No injuries or abductions were reported at the time of publication.
In the central West Bank, Israeli forces stormed the towns of Beit Rima, Deir Ghassana and Al-Mazra’a al-Gharbiya near Ramallah, detaining over 20 Palestinians and subjecting them to field interrogations before releasing them.
The detainees were held inside the home of Radwan Yousef Hajaj, which was converted into a makeshift interrogation center.
The invasion lasted more than five hours. During the operation, soldiers assaulted an elderly woman, Haniya Hannoun, who was later pronounced dead after being transferred to hospital.
In the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted two Palestinians from Tulkarem at dawn. Former political prisoner Munir Abu Al-Hala was taken from his home in the Ektaba neighborhood, while Othman Al-Ghoul was abducted from his residence near the Noor Shams refugee camp.
