STARVATION DEATHS FROM FAMINE:

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Monday the death of six Palestinians due to Israeli-imposed starvation within 24 hours, raising the total of starvation death to 393, including 140 children, since the start of the genocide war on October 7, 2023.

In its statement, the ministry said: “During the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip recorded six deaths resulting from famine and malnutrition, including two children.”

The ministry further reported that “since the IPC declaration of famine on August 22, 115 deaths have been recorded, including 25 children.”

Gaza is witnessing a concerning increase in birth defects among newborns, including heart defects, cleft lips, and hydrocephalus, caused by folic acid deficiency and malnutrition among pregnant women.

The severe shortage of medical equipment makes treating these cases extremely difficult, while the ongoing humanitarian crisis and continuous conflicts contribute to higher infant and child mortality rates.

Experts emphasize the urgent need for immediate intervention to provide adequate nutrition and healthcare to prevent these serious conditions and protect future generations.

ISRAEL BOMBS HIGH-RISE APARTMENTS:

Gaza Civil Defense announced that Israeli forces destroyed 5 high-rise apartment buildings within 72 hours, containing 209 residential apartments, leaving over 4,100 children, women, and elderly people homeless.

These attacks come amid escalating aggression, further increasing the suffering of civilians and highlighting the urgent need for immediate international intervention to protect the population and ensure their human rights.

Israeli occupation aircraft completely destroyed the Al-Salam Tower in central Gaza City.

Al-Salam Tower in western Gaza City, photographed ahead of its planned bombing, is also surrounded by hundreds of tents sheltering forcibly displaced families.

Hamas issued a statement about the attacks on the apartment buildings: “Israeli war criminal Netanyahu’s pride in destroying dozens of residential towers in Gaza, most recently Al-Salam Tower tonight, and forcibly displacing innocent residents, represents one of the most sadistic and criminal acts committed against civilians over nearly two years, witnessed by the entire world.

“Netanyahu’s warning to Gaza residents, ‘We warned you, leave the area’, constitutes a clear and complete act of forced displacement, carried out amid bombardment, massacres, starvation, and death threats, representing an unprecedented violation of international laws and conventions.

“The silence and inaction of UN institutions, particularly the Security Council, in the face of these atrocities highlights a stark double standard, driven by a complicit US administration, signaling a potential collapse of the international system of values and principles.”

CHILD TRAPPED UNDER RUBBLE:

A Palestinian child trapped under the rubble of her home bombed by the Israeli occupation in Gaza, pleaded with rescuers: “Say it in the news report, say Anas Al-Sharif – Al Jazeera”, referring to the slain journalist who was killed in an Israeli airstrike on Al Jazeera’s tent in August 10, 2025.

PALESTINIAN RESISTANCE KILLS 4 ISRAELI SOLDIERS:

Al Jazeera reports: the Israeli army acknowledged that a lieutenant officer was one of the four soldiers killed in an operation in Jabalia, in the northern Gaza Strip on Monday, after Israeli military sources reported that 4 soldiers were killed by an improvised explosive device (IED) that targeted a tank in the northern Gaza Strip.

According to the “Hadshut Bazman” website, the operation took place at around five in the morning, when an explosive device was thrown at the crew of an Israeli tank, and then gunfire was aimed at the tank commander.

The operation resulted in the tank catching fire and killing all its crew members, according to the same website.

Israeli sources indicated that the operation came despite the state of maximum alert among the Israeli forces, in preparation for Israel’s plan to invade Gaza City And occupy it as part of Operation “Gideon’s chariots 2”.

ISRAELI AIRSTRIKES CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND NIGHT:

Israeli occupation drones launched airstrikes on Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City. Israeli occupation forces detonate an explosive-laden robot amid residential homes near Sheikh Radwan Pond area in Gaza City.

Israeli aircraft launched an airstrike in Za’rab neighborhood of Al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

“Where are we supposed to go? Are we supposed to sleep on the streets?” A Palestinian child cries out in a hoarse voice after her home was flattened by an Israeli airstrike.

Two-year-old Youssef Bakroun miraculously survived under the rubble of his home but lost his two siblings.

He now faces the risk of leg amputation if he does not travel out of Gaza for urgent medical treatment.

Israeli aircraft bomb Musqat School in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza city, leaving hundreds of displaced families without shelter once again.

CEASEFIRE DEAL ‘A TRAP’:

Axios correspondent Barak Ravid says that the American proposal for a Gaza ceasefire deal includes a clause detailing the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from the Strip.

According to a source familiar with the details, the clause states that “a full Israeli withdrawal will be carried out (without exceptions, including from the perimeter) subject to the ability of the new government in Gaza to impose security.”

The Israeli occupation reportedly supports this clause, as it does not mandate an immediate, unconditional withdrawal.

Hamas, however, has called the provision a trap, warning that it effectively gives Israel veto power over both the timing of the withdrawal and the structure of Gaza’s post-war governing authority.

UPDATED FROM:

11:07 AM REPORT

Israeli forces killed at least 21 Palestinians, including 14 in Gaza City, and injuring dozens more; two children die from malnutrition.

The strikes began before dawn, targeting residential homes and tents sheltering displaced families in Gaza City and central areas of the Strip.

Medical teams confirmed 14 deaths in Gaza City alone, with survivors describing scenes of devastation in neighborhoods like Al-Shati and Al-Tuffah.

Medical sources at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, confirmed that two children died from malnutrition and the lack of medical supplies.

The humanitarian emergency in Gaza has reached catastrophic levels, with the entire population facing the imminent threat of death by starvation under the ongoing Israeli siege.

Israeli ground forces continue to advance toward Gaza City, following an official United Nations declaration confirming the onset of famine.

Israeli strikes targeted residential homes and tents sheltering displaced families in Gaza City and central areas of the Strip, beginning at dawn.

Medical teams in Gaza confirmed the deaths of 14 Palestinians in early morning airstrikes on neighborhoods where families had taken refuge in the city.

The bombardment struck densely populated zones, including Al-Shati and Al-Tuffah in Gaza City, where survivors described scenes of devastation and bodies pulled from the rubble.

In Deir al-Balah, in central Gaza, a drone strike destroyed the minaret of a mosque, part of a broader campaign that has decimated Gaza’s religious infrastructure.

Since the start of the genocide, Israeli forces have targeted 1,160 mosques, completely leveling 909 and severely damaging 251 others. Three churches in Gaza City have also been destroyed.

Additionally, Israeli forces detonated an explosives-laden armored vehicle in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of Gaza City, causing widespread destruction to surrounding homes and infrastructure.

The escalation coincides with intensified aerial and ground offensives across northern and central Gaza. More than 50 residential towers have been reduced to rubble in recent days, including the Roya Tower and the Al-Jazeera Club, both of which housed displaced families. Leaflets dropped by Israeli aircraft ordered civilians to flee south, despite repeated bombings of so-called “safe zones” like Al-Mawasi, where hundreds have been killed.

Politically, Hamas announced it had received proposals from the American side and expressed readiness to enter immediate negotiations for a prisoner exchange, contingent on a clear declaration to end the genocide and a full Israeli withdrawal from Gaza. The statement came in response to a proposal from U.S. President Donald Trump.

In a press release, Hamas condemned the continued massacres targeting civilians and the massive destruction of infrastructure, stating that Israel continues to defy international calls to halt the onslaught.

Meanwhile, Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz threatened further escalation, declaring that “a great storm will strike Gaza’s skies” and warning Hamas to release hostages and disarm.

“Either you surrender your weapons, or Gaza will be destroyed and you will be annihilated,” Katz said, vowing to expand the military operation and impose a decisive outcome.

Israel has now killed more than 64,300 Palestinians and injured at least 162,000, most of them women and children, in addition to thousands still missing, largely buried under rubble in destroyed streets and bombarded alleys inaccessible to rescue teams across the devastated coastal enclave.
