Israeli occupation forces launched coordinated invasions across the occupied West Bank, including the occupied capital, Jerusalem, early Monday, abducting at least 34 Palestinians, including fathers and their sons, and siblings, amidst ongoing violations by illegal paramilitary colonizers.
In Jericho, northeastern West Bank, troops invaded Aqabat Jabr refugee camp and abducted three residents after storming their homes: Thaer Khaled Omar Awadat (31), a former prisoner; Nassim Abdul-Hafeth Abdul-Qader Awadat (48); and Yousef Nassim Abdul-Hafeth Awadat (22).
In Qalqilia, northwestern West Bank, seventeen Palestinians were abducted in Kafr Laqif following widespread home invasions. Forces also invaded the nearby village of Seer, targeting the home of Ghassan Al-Shari.
Israeli occupation forces then invaded and ransacked dozens of homes across villages east of Qalqilia and abducted 17 Palestinians from the village of Kafr Laqif.
The army stormed Kafr Laqif, patrolled its streets, and carried out widespread home invasions before abducting: Mohammad Saleh Assaf and his son Saleh; Tamer Rushdi Assaf; Mohammad Awad and his brother Ahmad; Adnan Mohammad Assaf; Baha Sami Jaber; Mohammad Basem Jaber; Mohammad Ahed Assaf; Jalal Abdul-Rahim Awad; Amjad Mahmoud Jaber; Jassem Mahmoud Assaf; Sohaib Nasser Assaf; Khalil Ibrahim Awad; Mohammad Emad Assaf; Moayad Sameeh Assaf; and Jaser Walid Jaber.
In related news, the soldiers issued stop-work orders targeting three homes and a concrete factory in the village of Hajja, east of Qalqilia, after invading it, as part of ongoing efforts to restrict Palestinian construction in Area C.
Local sources said the army stormed the village and delivered military notices halting construction on three privately owned homes belonging to Thaer Mohammad Abdul-Qader, Saber Abu Hammad, and Atiya Saber Eshteiwi. The structures, collectively spanning over one and a half dunams, were in various stages of development.
In addition, Israeli forces issued a stop-work order for a concrete factory owned by citizen Mahdi As’ad Rabea’.
In Bethlehem, southern West Bank, Israeli troops abducted Ahmad Khaled Taqatqa (27) and Ayed Mohammad Taqatqa (26) in Beit Fajjar. Hours earlier, forces invaded Deheishe refugee camp, south of the city, triggering confrontations without reported injuries.
In Hebron, southern West Bank, six Palestinians were abducted in invasions across the city and surrounding towns, including Beit Ummar and ath-Thaheriyya. Military roadblocks were installed across key roads, obstructing civilian movement and isolating communities.
In Tubas, northeastern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the village of Aqqaba and abducted Aysar Jihad Abdel-Salam Al-Masri (26) after storming his home.
In Nablus, northern West Bank, undercover Israeli soldiers invaded Askar Al-Qadim refugee camp and abducted Qassam Qandil. Troops tore down posters of slain Palestinians and closed streets, prompting school delays across the camp.
In addition, Israeli occupation forces invaded multiple areas across the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate in the central occupied West Bank early Monday, abducting seven Palestinians, including a 14-year-old child.
Troops stormed Jalazone refugee camp north of Al-Bireh and abducted Dia’ Tirawi, Yamen Abu Hammad, Abdullah Mubarak, Maher Dlaisha, and Mohammad Karimeh after invading their homes.
During the incursion, soldiers converted a community hall into a field interrogation center, subjected several residents to on-site questioning, and forcibly shut down the UNRWA medical clinic before withdrawing.
In Ramallah city, forces invaded the Ein Misbah neighborhood and abducted Ismail Al-Sarsour (14) along with his cousin Mahmoud Al-Sarsour (18) after storming their family homes.
Also in Ramallah, illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers invaded the central area of Burqa village, east of the city, and fired many live rounds at homes.
In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces invaded Abu Dis and Kafr Aqab, conducting street patrols and home invasions. Meanwhile, illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers uprooted olive trees in the Wadi Al-Rababa neighborhood of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.
