Israeli forces shot and killed a 14-year-old child on Friday, while illegal colonizers carried out an incursion into the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah in the central West Bank.

The sources added that Israeli forces opened fire with live ammunition at citizens, killing the child Mohamad Saad Sami Naasan, 14.

Naasan suffered critical gunshot wounds to the chest and back during the military operation which coincided with the settler invasion in the area.

Earlier, armed Israeli settlers assaulted a resident in the Al-Khala’il area of the village, assaulted a Palestinian family and opened fire with live rounds, under the protection of the occupation army.

Also, soldiers fired tear gas canisters and concussion grenades at Muslim worshipers while they were leaving the Al-Mughayyir Al-Gharbi Mosque, and abducted the young man Yamen Ragheb Naasan.


Since the beginning of the Israeli military aggression against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, occupation forces have killed 1107 Palestinian citizens in the West Bank, including 230 children and 24 women.

In the Jenin governorate, 310 Palestinians have been killed, while 213 were killed in Tulkarem, 140 in Nablus, 106 in Hebron, 98 in Tubas, 82 in Ramallah, 61 in Jerusalem, 42 in Qalqilia, 34 in Bethlehem, 13 in Jericho and the Jordan Valley, and 8 in Salfit, according to the Shireen Observatory.
