Israeli occupation forces carried out multiple invasions across the Hebron district on Friday evening, firing toxic tear gas at residents, assaulting civilians, damaging property, and abducting a Palestinian man during a home invasion in Dura.
In Beit Ummar, media activist Mohammad Awad reported that soldiers invaded the town and fired dozens of gas bombs toward homes and residential streets, causing numerous suffocation injuries among residents.
Troops also broke into several homes in the Khirbet al‑Qat area south of the town, ransacking rooms, and damaging property during searches.
In addition, the soldiers invaded the nearby town of Beit Ulla, where soldiers fired tear‑gas canisters directly at residents, leading to additional suffocation cases that were treated on site.
In the village of Khursa, south of Dura, soldiers stormed a local bakery, assaulted the owner, and caused material damage to the facility.
Local sources said said troops later invaded an olive press in the ‘Ein Abu Saif area of Dura, ransacked its contents, caused extensive destruction, and abducted the owner, Ibrahim Abu Sharar.
Furthermore, the soldiers invaded the southern area of Hebron city, breaking into a home belonging to the Burqan family and assaulting residents during the operation.
The invasions are part of an ongoing pattern of intensified military activity across the Hebron governorate, marked by repeated home invasions, property destruction, and the use of toxic tear gas against civilian areas.
