On Sunday, the sixth day of renewed Israeli attacks on Palestinians in the destroyed, starved, and besieged Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles, shells, and live fire killed dozens and injured many across the coastal enclave.

Medical sources reported that one Palestinian was killed when an Israeli army sharpshooter fired a live round at him in the Al-Mughraqa area, in central Gaza.

In Khan Younis, located in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, five Palestinians were killed, and several others injured when the army bombarded the Nasser Medical Center.

The attack specifically targeted the Emergency Department of the facility, causing extensive damage and rendering the Surgery Ward inoperable.

Additionally, the army launched a missile at a tent housing a displaced family in Hamad City, northwest of Khan Younis, resulting in the deaths of Hisham Mosleh and Zakariya Safi, along with numerous injuries.

Israeli forces also fired missiles and shells at various areas in Khan Younis and Rafah, located in the southernmost part of Gaza, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians.

Furthermore, at least three Palestinians were killed, and many others were injured when the Israeli army fired a shell at displaced individuals in Rafah.

On Tuesday at dawn, March 18, the Israeli military resumed its bombing campaign in Gaza, resulting in the deaths of at least 600 Palestinians and injuring over 1,000, with at least 70% of the victims being children and women.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed at least 50,021 Palestinians and injured more than 113,274, the majority of whom are children, women and elderly. Over 14,000 individuals remain missing, most of whom are believed to be buried beneath the rubble of bombed homes, destroyed buildings, alleys, and wrecked streets throughout the Gaza Strip.
