Palestinian health Minister, Dr. Mai al-Kaila, denounced the Israeli army’s attack on Palestinian medics near Beit Furik military roadblock, east of Nablus, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
Dr. Al-Kaila said the Israeli army is escalating its attacks against the Palestinian medical teams in front of the world, knowing that it will again get away with its crimes with impunity.
She added that the Israeli practices in occupied Palestinian violate International Law and International Humanitarian Law in addition to various treaties, including the Fourth Geneva Convention, and called on the International Community to end its silence and hold Israel accountable for its ongoing crimes.
“We salute our medical teams and our first responders for their continued, remarkable humanitarian work despite the Israeli attacks and violations,” Dr. Al-Kaila said.
