Israeli soldiers stormed, on Wednesday, the city of Qalqilia, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank, injured two Palestinians, and abducted one.

On Wednesday morning, Israeli forces invaded the city of Qalqilia, sparking protests among local Palestinian youths.



It was added that occupation forces deployed sharpshooters on rooftops of citizens’ homes in the city.

The invading army opened fire with live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters, injuring two young men with bullet fragments.

The wounded young men sustained moderate injuries and were transported to hospital for medical intervention.

Meanwhile, during the incursion, soldiers stormed and searched the home of the young man, Younis Maraaba, before abducting him.

The army also broke into and ransacked several other citizens’ homes, while soldiers stopped and searched vehicles in the city.


In related news, Israeli forces invaded, before dawn on Wednesday, the northern West Bank city of Jenin and its refugee camp, bombed a home, injuring a young man, abducted one, and destroyed infrastructure and civilian property.
