On Saturday, October 4, 2025, day 729 of Israel’s genocide in Gaza, medical sources announced that 67 citizens have been killed since dawn today, Saturday, by Israeli occupation forces’ fire, in various areas of the Gaza Strip.
The Government Media Office stated that since dawn on Saturday, Israeli forces have launched over 93 air and artillery strikes across Gaza, hitting densely populated areas filled with civilians and displaced families.
The attacks have resulted in the deaths of 70 civilians, including women and children, with 47 killed in Gaza City alone. The strikes come despite calls to halt Israeli bombings announced by US President Donald Trump and Gaza’s positive response to the proposal.
According to medical sources, 15 killed Palestinians were transferred to Al-Shifa Hospital, 30 to the Baptist Hospital, 2 to Al-Awda Hospital, 19 to Nasser Hospital, and 1 to Al-Aqsa Hospital.

On Saturday evening, Israeli airstrikes killed 17, most of them children and women, and dozens were injured, in addition to the loss of 20 citizens under the rubble, after the occupation warplanes bombed a house belonging to the Abdel Aal family near the station mosque in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City.

A Wafa news correspondent reported that the bombing targeted a group of citizens near Bilal Mosque in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, south of the city.
The reporter added that the occupation aircraft launched four raids targeting citizens’ homes in the Al-Sabra neighborhood in Gaza City.
Israeli airstrikes targeted Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood in eastern Gaza City.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the total number of deaths due to malnutrition has risen to 459 since the beginning of the Israeli blockade, including 154 children.
The ministry explained that the severe food shortage in the territory, caused by the blockade and dire humanitarian conditions, has worsened the malnutrition crisis, particularly among children, directly threatening their lives.
The Ministry of Health called on the international community to provide urgent support to hospitals and healthcare centers in Gaza and to ensure the delivery of food and essential aid to protect civilians from the dangers of malnutrition.
On October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces launched an aggression on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the martyrdom of 67,074 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 169,430 others, in an incomplete toll, as a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
