Several Palestinians were injured late Wednesday night after Israeli naval vessels opened fire toward the coastline west of Gaza City. Earlier in the day, the Israeli army killed three Palestinians and wounded four in the Gaza Strip.
Medical sources said the warships fired heavy machine‑gun rounds toward the beach of the al‑Shati’ Refugee Camp, wounding a number of citizens.
Palestinian medics rushed to the area, provided first aid to the wounded, and transported them to a hospital in Gaza City for further treatment.
Earlier Wednesday, three Palestinians were killed and four others were injured in a series of Israeli airstrikes, shelling, and drone attacks across the devastated Gaza Strip, while civil defense teams recovered six bodies from under the rubble of homes destroyed in earlier bombardments, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed.
Since the “ceasefire” announced on October 11, 2025, Israeli forces have killed 618 citizens, wounded 1,663, and 726 bodies have been recovered from various areas, including locations that rescue teams have struggled to reach.
The cumulative toll genocide in the Gaza Strip has risen to 72,082 slain Palestinians and 171,761 wounded, the majority of whom are children, women, and elderly.
