On Monday, Israeli soldiers invaded many neighborhoods in the Shu’fat refugee camp and the nearby town of Anata, east of occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank, and abducted a doctor.

Media sources said the army invaded the Salam suburb in Anata before storming a medical center and abducting a doctor from inside, in addition to confiscating equipment.

The sources added that many Palestinians protested the invasion before the soldiers fired rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs.

In addition, the soldiers invaded the Shu’fat refugee camp, especially the Ras Khamis neighborhood, before stopping and interrogating many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

The soldiers also briefly detained many Palestinians and increased the restrictions at the permanent roadblock at the entrance of the camp, separating it from Jerusalem.
