Israeli soldiers abducted, on Sunday at dawn, seven Palestinians from their homes, in several parts of the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported. Another Palestinian was abducted, on Sunday afternoon, near Jerusalem.
Update: The soldiers abducted a young man, who remained unidentified at the time of this report, after forcing him out of a car near Maale Adumim illegal colony, east of the a;-Ezariyya town, near Jerusalem.
The PPS office in Bethlehem, south of Jerusalem, said the soldiers invaded and searched homes in Teqoua’ town, southeast of the city, and abducted Ahmad Jamal al-‘Amour, 22, and Qussai Mahmoud al-‘Amour, 20.
In Jerusalem, the soldiers abducted Wassim Nayef Obeid, Yazan Amjad Obeid, Younis Sufian Obeid and Mahmoud Sa’adi Rajabi.
In Nablus, in northern West Bank, the soldiers also invaded and searched homes, and abducted Hammam Bani Fadel.
It is worth mentioning that the soldiers abducted, over the past two days, more than 20 Palestinians, including children and a young woman, in several parts of the West Bank, especially in occupied Jerusalem.
Among the abducted Palestinians are members of the family of Maher Za’atra, 33, from Jabal al-Mokabber in Jerusalem, after the soldiers shot and killed the young man, allegedly after he attempted to stab them.
Among the abducted Palestinians is a child, identified as Mohammad Abdul-Majid Sarma, 16, from Deir Dibwan town near the central West Bank city of Ramallah, after shooting him near Beitin town, northeast of Ramallah.
The child is currently in a critical condition at She‘are Tzedek Israeli Medical Center.
In related news, the soldiers invaded the Ibrahimi School, in the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and installed military tents, in addition to installing a shed at the entrance of the Ibrahimi Mosque.
