Israeli occupation forces continued their invasions across the occupied West Bank on Friday, breaking into homes, assaulting residents, and abducting Palestinians in several districts, including Jenin in the northern West Bank, Salfit in the central West Bank, Ramallah in the central West Bank, Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, and Hebron in the southern West Bank.

In the northern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town of Rummana, west of Jenin, where they broke into the home of photojournalist Tareq Ghaleb Sbeihat and abducted him. The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) stated that the soldiers claimed the abduction was linked to his use of a drone for filming.

In a separate invasion, Israeli forces invaded the village of Sarta, west of Salfit in the central West Bank, breaking into several homes, searching them, and ransacking their contents before abducting five Palestinians identified as Ahmad Yassin Sarsour, Qatada Sarsour, Hassan Ahmad Misbah, Karim Nihad Khateeb, and Farid Shukri Amer.

Later in the night, soldiers invaded the city of Salfit, deploying heavily across several neighborhoods and conducting searches. No abductions were reported during that invasion.

Also in the central West Bank, Israeli forces abducted a young man at a military roadblock installed at the entrance of the town of Atara, north of Ramallah.

Local sources said soldiers stopped a public transport vehicle, forced 23‑year‑old Maher Kareem Nasser from the town of Deir Ghassana to step out, and abducted him while he was returning home from work.

In addition, several Palestinians suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation when Israeli forces invaded the village of al-Mughayyer, east of Ramallah, and fired gas canisters at residents.

Earlier in the day, a group of illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers set up an improvised roadblock at the entrance of the village, less than 200 meters from an existing military roadblock, stopping Palestinian vehicles and checking IDs.

In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces abducted two Palestinians during Friday prayers in neighborhoods surrounding the Old City.

The Jerusalem Governorate reported that soldiers abducted Sheikh Ali Jabarin following the Friday sermon in the al-Musarra area, and later abducted Munib Abu Tair after he left the Saad and Saeed Mosque near Bab al-Amoud. Palestinians have been performing Friday prayers in the streets near the Old City since the closure of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound.

In the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the Dheisheh refugee camp south of Bethlehem, deploying at the camp’s entrance and along the Jerusalem–Hebron road. No abductions were reported during that invasion.

Also in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the al-‘Arroub refugee camp north of Hebron and abducted a child whose identity was not immediately known. Soldiers also invaded the nearby town of Taffouh, where they broke into and searched a home before withdrawing.

The series of invasions, home break-ins, abductions, and assaults reflects the continued escalation of Israeli military activity across the occupied West Bank, with residents reporting intensified pressure tactics, military roadblocks, and night-time incursions targeting communities throughout the region.
