On Monday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted the mother of a Palestinian man and his wife to pressure him into surrendering, in addition to storming and ransacking many homes in Tulkarem, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said several armored vehicles invaded Tulkarem from its western area, before heading to various neighborhoods and streets, including the center of the city, in addition to invading Shweika and Ektaba suburbs, north and east of the city.
They added that the soldiers stormed and ransacked many shops and homes, including homes of political prisoners, former political prisoners, and slain Palestinians, and interrogated their families.
The soldiers abducted the mother of Ala’ Shreiteh and his wife, for the second time in one month, and his brothers, as a means to pressure him into surrendering to the army.
In related news, the soldiers abducted eight Palestinians, including two children in addition to a father and his son, in the Hebron governorate, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.
Also, dozens of Israeli soldiers invaded and ransacked dozens of homes in the Al-Isawiya and Hizma town, in occupied Jerusalem in the West Bank, abducted six Palestinians, including a child, and distributed leaflets threatening entire families.
In related news, the soldiers abducted dozens of Palestinians from Nablus, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.
Earlier Monday, Medical sources in Jenin, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part, have confirmed the death of a young man who was seriously injured when Israeli soldiers killed two Palestinians and injured fifteen, last Thursday, February 22, 2024.
The sources said the young Palestinian man Majdi Awad Nabhan, suffered serious wounds when an Israeli military drone fired a missile at a car in the Jenin refugee camp, in Jenin.
