Israeli occupation forces invaded the village of Misliya, south of Jenin in the occupied West Bank’s northern part, at dawn on Thursday, assaulting a 53‑year‑old Palestinian man with severe beatings.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) confirmed that its crews transferred the injured man to hospital for treatment.
The invasion followed Wednesday’s military assault on the village, where occupation troops imposed a curfew, deployed armored vehicles in the streets, stormed homes, and conducted searches.
That assault left both an elderly man and a child injured, raising the total number of victims in Misliya to three within 24 hours.
In a separate incident, occupation forces abducted Mustafa Mousa Jab’iti, 52, secretary of the Fatah movement in Kafr al‑Lubbad east of Tulkarثm, as he crossed back from Jordan through the Karama crossing.
