On Thursday evening, Israeli soldiers assaulted and injured four Palestinians after stopping them at  military roadblocks at the entrance of Jericho, in the occupied West Bank’s northeastern part.

Eyewitnesses said the soldiers, stationed at several military roadblocks around Jericho, stopped and searched dozens of cars and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) stated that its medics treated four Palestinians who suffered various cuts and bruises, after the soldiers assaulted them at roadblocks around Jericho.

In related news, Israeli soldiers closed the entrances of Hizma town, northeast of the occupied capital, Jerusalem, in the West Bank, preventing citizens from entering or leaving the town, causing traffic jams.

The soldiers also threatened the residents with harm to their children through loudspeakers, claiming that stones were thrown.

In related news, the Israeli army assassinated eighteen citizens and injured more than twenty, including children and elders, in an airstrike on a popular café in Tulkarem refugee camp, in Tulkarem city, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.
