On Monday, Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers injured several Palestinians in separate assaults in the governorates of Bethlehem and Hebron, in the occupied West Bank.
Israeli paramilitary colonizers, backed by occupation forces, assaulted Palestinian homes Monday evening in the village of Susiya, located in the Masafer Yatta area south of Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank.
According to Jihad Nawaj’ah, head of the Susiya Village Council, colonizers from the nearby “Susiya” illegal colony targeted the home of the Shreiteh family, pelting it with stones.
The attack left Nasser Shreiteh’s wife and children with bruises and cuts, which were treated on-site by local medics.
The colonizers also vandalized the family’s vehicle, smashing its windows and damaging its frame.
Later that night, Israeli forces stormed the city of Bethlehem, firing tear gas and stun grenades near residential areas surrounding the Bilal Bin Rabah Mosque, in the northern part of the city.
Medical sources stated that several residents suffered from tear gas inhalation and were treated at the scene.
In a separate incident, Israeli forces invaded the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem, and stationed themselves near the local clinic, where they detained a Palestinian man and his family, subjecting them to physical assault.
The soldiers also fired live rounds into the air during the assault, causing widespread panic among residents.
On Sunday, Israeli soldiers and illegal paramilitary colonizers continued their violations across the occupied West Bank, causing property damage before soldiers abducted several Palestinians, including siblings.
