Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday morning invaded the Bab al-Marj area east of Deir Ballut, west of Salfit in the central occupied West Bank, and demolished a commercial structure.

Media sources said several Israeli military vehicles, including a bulldozer, invaded the area and demolished the structure under the pretext that it was built without a permit.

The facility, used as a car wash, belongs to Palestinian resident Amer Khalil Abdullah, on his own land.

The demolition is part of a broader campaign targeting Palestinian livelihoods and presence in the area, as part of a systematic policy of forced displacement and land seizure.

In October alone, Israeli forces carried out 25 demolition operations affecting 28 structures, including 17 homes and 11 agricultural facilities.

An additional 30 structures were served demolition notices, underscoring an intensifying effort to uproot Palestinian communities and expand illegal paramilitary Israeli colonies across the occupied West Bank.
