On Tuesday, Israeli soldiers invaded Burqa town northwest of the northern West Bank city of Ramallah, leading to protests, and causing dozens of schoolchildren to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Ghassan Daghlas, a Palestinian official who monitors Israel’s illegal colonialist activities in the northern West Bank, said several army jeeps invaded the town, especially the schools area, leading to protests.

He added that the soldiers fired many live rounds, gas bombs, and concussion grenades, especially at the two schools, causing many schoolchildren and staffers to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
