On Friday dawn, Israeli soldiers shot two young Palestinian men, abducted two others, and confiscated 31 cars in the Hebron governorate in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.
Media sources said several military jeeps invaded Kharsa village, south of Hebron, and searched several homes before abducting two young men, Osama Shahateet and Jihad Shahateet.
Many Palestinians protested the invasion before the soldiers fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs.
The soldiers also invaded Halhoul town, north of Hebron, and fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs at Palestinians who protested the invasion, wounding two young men with live fire.
Furthermore, the soldiers invaded Surif town, northwest of Hebron, stormed and ransacked dozens of homes, and confiscated 31 Palestinian cars.
In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers invaded the villages of Deir Abu Da’if, Jalboun and Jilqamous, northeast of the city, stormed and ransacked many homes and deployed sharpshooters on rooftops.
The soldiers also installed a roadblock near Zibda village, south of Jenin, stopped and searched dozens of cars and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
