On Friday evening, Israeli soldiers injured a Palestinian mother and her child in the Sheikh Ammar area, southeast of Deir Dibwan town, east of Ramallah in the central West Bank.
Media sources said several army vehicles invaded the area and fired many gas bombs and shepherds’ tents and at a tent set up by young men on their lands to fend off attacks by illegal colonizers who constantly attempt to occupy them.
They added that a Palestinian woman and her child suffered the severe effects of tear gas inhalation before being rushed to a local clinic.
The soldiers also fired many flares resulting in burning Palestinian farmlands in the town before firefighters rushed to the area and extinguished the fire.
