Israeli forces killed a Palestinian young man and shot others, including a child in the Qalandia refugee camp north of occupied Jerusalem.

On Wednesday morning, occupation forces shot killed the young man, Ahmad Nidal Aslan,20, in addition to six others, and detonated the home of a slain Palestinian, in the Qalandia camp.

Media sources said that a large army force invaded, before dawn on Wednesday, the Qalandia refugee camp, besieged the home, and prepared for its detonation, sparking protests among local Palestinians.

Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that six Palestinians were shot with live rounds, while two others were assaulted; they were transferred to the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah.

The PRCS confirmed that its ambulance crews transported a 16-year-old child to hospital after he sustained a live gunshot wound to the thigh.

Furthermore, Israeli soldiers ran over a young man in the camp with a military vehicle, and invaded several citizens’ homes during the incursion.

Sources added that 20 Israeli occupation army vehicles, a bulldozer, and about 100 infantry soldiers stormed the camp and invaded the home, forcing its residents and those of the homes next to it to evacuate.

The army proceeded to detonate the Manasra family apartment, leaving the slain man’s family homeless.

It important to mention that Mohammad Manasra was killed in February 2024, near the town of Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

Manasra was accused of killing two Israelis in a shooting attack at a gas station near the illegal settlement of “Eli”, south of Nablus.

The Israeli occupation authorities continue to detain his body.

Israeli forces have now killed 587 Palestinian civilians, including 141 children, and injured more than 5,350 others, in various regions of the occupied West Bank, since the beginning of the military onslaught against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.

Israeli forces have killed at least 39,090 Palestinians, the majority of whom are woman and children, and injured at least 90,147, since the beginning of the brutal military onslaught against the devastated Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, while thousands remain buried under the rubble.
