Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man near Hebron and injured others near Bethlehem, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation forces invaded the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron, on Friday night, and opened fire with live rounds and tear gas canisters at Palestinian citizens.


Medical sources at the Yatta Governmental Hospital said that a 23-year-old Palestinian man was shot in the leg with live ammunition in the Al-Fawwar refugee camp.

The Quds News Network reported that occupation forces abducted the former prisoner, Mohammad Al-Najjar from the Al-Fawwar refugee camp.


The Arab 48 News website reported that Israeli forces stormed the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron on Friday night, sparking protests: no injuries were reported.

Meanwhile, in the afternoon, the army invaded Al-Khader town, southwest of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank; no arrests or injuries were reported.

WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli forces deployed soldiers in the “Al-Bawaba”, “Al-Jami’ Al-Kabir” and “Umm Rukba” areas of the town , and fired live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters; no injuries were reported.

Furthermore, on Friday night, Israeli forces stormed the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem, deployed sharpshooters on the rooftops of citizens’ homes.

Media sources said that the army invaded the Beit Fajjar town, fired concussion grenades and tear gas canisters at citizens, causing citizens to sustain inhalation injuries.

The Arab 48 News website reported that occupation forces stormed the town of Tuqu’, southeast of Bethlehem on Friday night.
