On Friday, Israeli forces shot a young man and injured two others during military incursions into towns and villages in the central West Bank governorate of Ramallah.

Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man, on Friday afternoon, after they invaded the town of Beit Rima, northwest of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation forces stormed the town of Beit Rima, which triggered protests among Palestinian youths.

Soldiers opened fired with live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters, shooting one young man.

Sources added that the army shot a young man in the leg with a live round; he was transported to hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, in the village of Deir as-Sudan, northwest of Ramallah, Israeli forces injured two Palestinian citizens, on Friday afternoon.


Media sources said that occupation forces stormed the village and invaded several neighborhoods, sparking protests among local Palestinians.

According to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS), two young men sustained injuries after soldiers ran over them with military vehicles; they were transported to hospital where their wounds were deemed as minor to moderate.

In related news, Israeli soldiers abducted a young man and his sister, on Friday, in the village of Beitin, east of Ramallah.

Media sources said that at dawn Friday occupation forces abducted the young man, Abdul Rahman Jaraba’a and his sister, Shaza, after breaking into and searching their family’s home.
