Earlier at dawn Wednesday, several Israeli military vehicles invaded Qabatia town, south of Jenin in the occupied West Bank’s northern part, and shot four Palestinians, including one who suffered serious wounds.
Local sources said several army vehicles invaded the town before the soldiers stormed and ransacked homes.
They added that many Palestinians protested the invasion, before the soldiers fired live rounds, wounding four young men, including one who was suffering life-threatening wounds after the soldiers shot him in the chest.
During the invasion, Israeli military bulldozers caused serious damage to infrastructure, especially near the Al-Hisba area in the town.
Media sources said Palestinian resistance fighters also exchanged fire with the soldiers during the Qabatia invasion.
Before dawn, Wednesday, the soldiers killed a young man, Ayman Youssef Hassan Azouqa, 19, and destroyed infrastructure in the city of Jenin.
