Early Tuesday dawn, a Palestinian was injured by Israeli military gunfire before the soldiers abducted him after they detained Palestinian medics trying to reach him; the soldiers also abducted another Palestinian, in Nablus, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.
Media sources reported that Israeli military vehicles invaded several neighborhoods in the Old City of Nablus, leading to protests, before the soldiers fired many live rounds, smoke and gas bombs, in addition to concussion grenades.
The sources added that the soldiers shot one Palestinian, before abducting him; the extent of his wounds remains unknown as the soldiers refused to allow Palestinian medics to reach him.
The soldiers stopped a Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance, and detained its crew while they were attempting to reach the injured Palestinian in the Bab al-Saha area within the Old City.
Furthermore, the Israeli army invaded the neighborhoods of Rafidia and Al-Makhfiyya, as well as the Al-Ein refugee camp west of the city, where they stormed and violently searched homes before abducting a young man, Ramadan Shahin.
In addition, the soldiers invaded the village of Burin, south of Nablus, and closed several streets.
