On Saturday, Israeli forces shot two Palestinian young men with live rounds and abducted one in separate incidents in the southern West Bank governorate of Hebron.

Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man, on Saturday evening, and abducted another in the town of Doura, southwest of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation forces invaded Doura town, and abducted an unidentified young man, sparking protests from local Palestinians.

Sources added that Israeli soldiers fired live rounds and tear gas canisters at those who resisted the incursion, shooting a young man in the thigh with live ammunition; he was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Occupation forces also stormed the village of Al-Majd, southwest of Hebron, erected a military roadblock in the middle of the village, stopping and searching citizens’ vehicles.

Media sources said that the army invaded the village, forced shop owners to close their doors, and fired tear gas canisters and concussion grenades at citizens; no injuries were reported.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man, on Saturday night, while he was near the entrance to the town of As-Samu’, south of Hebron. 

Media sources said that occupation forces opened fire at a Palestinian young man while he was near the iron gate at the entrance to As-Samu’ town, shooting him in the leg with live ammunition.

Sources added that Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) ambulance crews transported the wounded young man to the hospital for treatment; his condition was not known at the time of writing this report.

In related news, occupation forces shot and abducted a Palestinian young man, while an undercover unit kidnapped others in the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
