Three Palestinians, including a child and an elderly man, were killed and several others injured on Tuesday as Israeli forces continued attacks across the devastated Gaza Strip. Palestinian officials described the attacks as violations of the ceasefire agreement, while the continuing siege has deepened the humanitarian crisis.
Medical sources said an Israeli drone strike on a tent on Jules Street, north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, killed one Palestinian and injured at least 12 others.
The sources also reported that Israeli army fire killed a child, after shooting him in the chest, in the Mawasi area of Khan Younis.
Earlier Tuesday, 70-year-old Fathi Ahmad Mahmoud Abu Ayada died from wounds sustained when Israeli soldiers opened fire in the Al-Maslakh area south of Khan Younis. Nasser Medical Complex initially reported his injury and later confirmed his death.

Israeli warplanes also bombed the Al-Shati refugee camp west of Gaza City. In a separate attack, an Israeli strike hit the roof of a home belonging to the Ferwana family near Sheikh Radwan Cemetery, injuring a Palestinian who was taken to Al-Shifa Hospital for treatment.
Israeli navy vessels opened fire toward northwestern Gaza, while artillery shelling targeted areas northeast of the Al-Bureij refugee camp.
Witnesses reported a limited incursion by Israeli military vehicles into the Abu Al-Ajeen area east of Deir Al-Balah, accompanied by heavy gunfire and artillery bombardment. They said Israeli bulldozers advanced west of the so-called “Yellow Line” and leveled land on civilian property.
Local sources reported that Israeli forces conducted large-scale demolitions southeast of Deir Al-Balah amid renewed shelling and live fire.
Local sources reported civilian casualties in Khan Younis as tanks fired intensively toward eastern and southern areas of the city. Israeli forces also opened fire in the Mawasi area and near Al-Fallujah Cemetery in northern Gaza.
Meanwhile, Civil Defense crews recovered the remains of seven members of the Nabhan family from beneath the rubble of their home in the Nuseirat refugee camp.
Central Gaza Civil Defense Director Ramy Al-Aydi said rescue teams had completed recovery operations at the residence and moved to another destroyed home belonging to the Al-War family, where the remains of eight missing Palestinians were believed to be trapped beneath the debris.
As the humanitarian crisis worsened, Gaza’s Government Media Office accused Israel of pursuing a policy of systematic starvation. It said Israel had allowed only 35 percent of the agreed volume of food aid into Gaza, leaving more than 95 percent of the population dependent on humanitarian assistance and more than 90 percent without sufficient purchasing power to buy food.
The office said 69,387 aid trucks entered Gaza over the previous 330 days, compared with approximately 198,000 expected under aid arrangements. It called on the international community and mediators to secure the immediate, unrestricted entry of humanitarian supplies.
The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that around 5,000 amputations and 300 neurological and spinal injuries had been recorded in Gaza since October 2023. The ministry estimated that 10,000 patients still require long-term rehabilitation and physical therapy services.

Gaza’s Health Ministry said three Palestinians were killed during the previous 24 hours and that hospitals also received the body of one Palestinian who had died from earlier wounds. Five injured Palestinians were admitted during the same period.
The ministry said 1,355 Palestinians had been killed and 4,516 injured since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, while the bodies of 827 Palestinians had been recovered from beneath the rubble. It placed the overall toll since October 7, 2023, at 73,662 Palestinians killed and 174,627 injured.
The ministry added that many victims remained beneath rubble or in areas rescue teams could not reach.
